10am to 8pm – Saturday Rain or shine This festival is part of the Tybee culture and continues to establish higher standards for participation. New location, bigger prizes and more artists! South Beach in a magnificent tent! It will be the hub of island activity on festival weekend including painters, jewelers, potters, woodworkers, photographers, and weavers from throughout the Southeast.
