2nd Avenue Bungalow is located mid island just 1 1/2 small blocks to the beach with easy access at the 7th Street beach crossover. This 40’s home has been updated and is so much fun. Centrally located a block from Memorial Park with Gymnasium, Library, new playground and wonderful cook out facility with covered seating and in a quiet neighborhood setting.
There are only a few steps to reach the living level of this bungalow style home.
The kitchen features new appliances, designer tiled backspash walls which were a labor of love by the new Owners.
Tiled floors throughout the living, dining and kitchen area make clean up a breeze. This Tybee Island cottage combines the old style with modern conveniences such as central heat and air and all comforts of a lovely home. The front porch opens onto a fenced yard with oak trees encourage you to relax at a slower pace in the out of doors. Play horse shoes along the side of the house or grill out with friends and family.
2nd Ave Bungalow has an updated master suite that is incredibly spacious with king bed, small deck and a beautiful glass shower.
The second bedroom of our bungalow has 2 full beds (sleeps 4) and access to a newly constructed full bathroom. This bathroom may also be accessed from the newly constructed screened in porch. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedding is upgraded and inviting for luxurious sleeping.
The second bath is a standard tub/shower combination.
An open floor plan allows Guests to enjoy cooking while visiting with friends and family around the 8 person dining table.
Comfortable seating in the living area includes a large sofa and love seat.
The rear screened in porch is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
