DeSoto Beach Gardens – Brand new to the vacation rentals market. The East and South units feature a kitchenette with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers and breakfast bar. All Units are appx. 450 sq. ft. and feature a living room, bedroom, spacious bathroom with large shower and private patio gardens. All units sleep up to four, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For added conveniences there are 42” flat-screen TV’s with cable, washer/dryer, free WIFI, central A/C (in each unit), and close beach access. While staying in our Gardens you will have access to our oceanfront pool and sundeck, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bike rentals located at our hotel directly next door.
We are very excited to open this newly constructed garden property located on the ground floor of our Bed & Breakfast. And remember, as with all our vacation rentals, there are no hidden fees! You won’t be surprised by parking fees, administrative costs, or resort fees. What you are quoted is the rate you will pay plus, of course, the 13% sales tax. There is no housekeeping charge associated with your stay. Housekeeping will be provided at checkout unless you request housekeeping during your stay. These services are the only additional cost that you may incur and this is at your request only.
