Highways
I-95 is the major north/south interstate from New England to Miami and
is just 10 miles from Savannah's Historic District. I-16 is the major
east/west interstate.
Directions from Downtown Savannah
Exit off I-95 to I-16 East. Take Martin Luther King Blvd exit and turn
left. Follow MLK Blvd until Bay St. Take a right and follow Bay St. to
President's Expressway, take a left. Follow the expressway until it hits
U.S. Highway 80 and merge left onto 80. Follow U.S. 80 into Tybee
Island.
