There are many ways to participate in Tybee Island Pirate Fest. We are are always seeking an army of talented pirate enthusiasts to serve as volunteers, vendors, entertainers, and sponsors. Click on the links below to find more information on becoming involved.
Vendors will be notified of festival acceptance according to application submission dates. Spaces are limited and priority is given to early applicants. Please note that checks will be cashed following acceptance.
Throughout the weekend, pirates from around the country will converge on Tybee for the most swashbuckling weekend of the year. Each day boasts a different adventure:
- Friday: Thieves’ Market, Little Matey’s Cove, The Mugs of Mutiny Tavern, contests, and live music.
- Saturday: Thieves’ Market, Little Matey’s Cove, The Mugs of Mutiny Tavern, The Pirate Victory Parade, performers, contests, and live music.
- Sunday: Family Day! Thieves’ Market, Little Matey’s Cove, The Mugs of Mutiny Tavern
Volunteers assist throughout the festival in many different areas.
Pirate Victory Parade:
The annual Pirate Parade will take place Saturday, October 10th, at 3:00pm. Participation will include floats, marching units, dignitaries, shriners, and families.
Tybee Island Pirate Fest complies with the regulations set forth by the Chatham County Department of Environmental Health and the Tybee Island Fire Marshal. Please check the links below for a full listing of food vendor requirements. Prior to festival approval, all potential food vendors must receive approval from Chatham County. Please see the appropriate application below.
