2017 Vendor Applications are up, please note that 2016 vendors who were not able to make the rescheduled date will have first option on placement.
Application Review Process
Your application is subject to review. We will consider all vendor applications; however, there are a limited number of spaces available. We reserve the right to select the vendors that will be the most appropriate for our event and we strive to avoid duplication of vendors. Applications will not be accepted after Friday, Sept. 15th, 2017. Vendors will be notified of receipt of application by email if selected. Booth fees must accompany application. If your application is not approved all monies will be returned immediately.
*Please note: the festival will remain open for Mainstage acts until 11pm. Vendors wishing to stay open until this time may do so at their own discretion.
** Vehicles are not permitted into the festival zone until all guests have exited the site.
