Tybee Arts Association Announces its 1st Annual House of the Christmas Mouse
A Real Holiday Shopping Experience at Kid Friendly Prices

Tybee Arts Association is pleased to announce it’s first, annual House of the Christmas Mouse (HCM) . The House of the Christmas Mouse will be ready for the entire family to shop, on December 3, 2016. HCM is geared especially to Savannah/Chatham County children from 4-14, and allows them an opportunity to shop for handmade art of all kinds, all at child-sized prices. According to HCM Chair, Marianne Bramble, “This is an opportunity for Tybee Arts Association’s artists to give back to the community that supports us so much. This day is for children. They can shop, create their own gifts, or just enjoy the holiday celebration.”

The HCM takes place very near the Tybee Island Christmas Parade, and will be closed during the parade, because Tybee Arts Members will be in the parade this year. Before the parade, from 10AM-1PM, or after the parade from 4PM-6PM on Saturday, or from 1PM-4PM on Saturday, bring your kids to #7 Cedarwood Ave, Tybee Arts beloved home, and share the day and the wonder. While parents are waiting patiently for the small shoppers to complete their work, there will be refreshments and an “adult” shopping area set up, as well.

Tybee Arts is able to provide this shopping venture for our younger citizens not only because of their artists hard work, but because of the generosity of the community. As always, Tybee Arts supporters have stepped up, providing raw materials, products to be sold, time, and much needed items such as wrapping paper and decorations. Tybee Arts continues to accept donations, which are tax deductible. If you have products or items that you think are appropriate for the House of the Christmas Mouse, contact [email protected]
